• Once your order has been placed, VOUQ will notify you by email and/or text message as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. You will receive a follow-up email or text to confirm the dispatch of your order.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. Your order request will only be accepted once you confirm your order via email or mobile. Alternatively, you may be contacted by a member of our customer care team to confirm your COD order.
• Dispatch of all products ordered may not necessarily happen at the same time, depending on availability.
• Each product will be inspected and securely packaged before being handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
• Our delivery partners will bring your package to you as quickly as possible. If they encounter any issues reaching your address or delivering at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the matter.
• We typically dispatch most orders within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Shipping charges may apply based on our current policies, which will appear on your checkout page. For orders above Rs 900, no shipping charge will be applied.
• Please note that VOUQ currently only ships within India.

Estimated Delivery Time:
The estimated delivery time is 5 days from order confirmation. VOUQ is committed to working with high-speed logistics to provide the smoothest service possible. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. In such cases, our customer care team will keep you informed with updates.

Most orders will not have a shipping charge. However, this is subject to change based on updated policies.

Your order can only be cancelled if the shipping manifest has not yet been closed. To cancel, please contact our customer support team at customercare@thevouq.com with your order number.

If the shipping manifest has not been closed, your order will be cancelled, and a refund will be processed within 7 business days after we acknowledge the cancellation request.

Once an order has been handed over for shipping and delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

VOUQ does not accept returns or initiate refunds unless:

• The products were damaged in transit, have physical defects, or an incorrect product was shipped.
• To request a return, please email photos of the damaged or incorrect product to customercare@thevouq.com within the required time frame.

If you wish to return part or all of your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the products by emailing customercare@thevouq.com with your order ID, reasons for the return, and accompanying images.

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, the seal has been broken, or the serial number has been tampered with. Once the returned product is received, VOUQ will inspect it and validate the claim.

If the return is approved, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the product is deemed ineligible for return, it will be sent back to you.

For online payments, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 business days of receiving the return request. For eligible COD orders, the refund will be transferred to your bank account within 7 business days.
